President

My name is Kaitlyn Weber and I serve as the chapter President. I am an accounting major who is set to graduate in the spring of 2023. As President, I oversee the chapter and serve as chairwoman of the executive committee. My favorite thing about our sisterhood is the opportunities to connect with my sisters in my chapter, in other chapters, and in our network of alumnae!

Vice President

I am the Vice President of Chapter Development and Committees! I lead chapter each week were we have a discussion on various topics such as community, accountability, and growth. I also oversee our committee heads and help them with their events. I am a human services major and graduate in Spring 2023. My favorite thing about our sisterhood is how unique everyone is and how we all learn from each other.

Panhellenic Delegate

Major: Nursing Hometown: Sykesville, MD Grad Year: May 2024 Position: Panhellenic Delegate. I bridge the connection between the Phi Eta chapter and other Panhellenic organizations on campus. I attend meetings and communicate any important information back to the chapter. I also ensure that we are meeting any requirements to participate in Panhellenic activities Sisterhood: My favorite thing about our sisterhood is the friendships I have created. I have met so many amazing girls that have helped me grow so much during my time in the chapter

Treasurer

I’m a Nursing Major from New Jersey and treasurer of Phi Eta. I handle making our budget and collecting dues. My favorite thing about our sisterhood is how unique we all are!

Membership Director

As Membership Director I head formal and informal recruitment, plan recruitment events, and work alongside the membership selection board. I'm a Senior human services major from York, Pennsylvania. My favorite part of our sisterhood is the friendships I have made!

Sisterhood Development

As Sisterhood Development I plan monthly sisterhood event, hosts semesterly sisterhood retreats, and mediates a loving community amongst the sisterhood. My favorite thing about the sisterhood are the lifelong friendships and connections made within the chapter
